Lead Score (Close Rate): Prioritize the Leads That Are Most Likely to Convert | Autocorp.ai Help Center
Lead Score tells you exactly how likely a lead is to close—so your team can stop guessing, prioritize smarter, and focus energy on the deals that actually move the needle.
What Is Lead Score?
Lead Score represents the percentage likelihood that a lead will close, calculated from actual conversion trends across the AVA network.
If a lead has a 10%+ close rate, it is flagged as a “hot lead” with a 🔥 icon in the lead list and in lead notification emails.
Why This Lead Is Hot
We use multiple factors to determine a lead’s close rate:
Key Scoring Criteria:
-
Multiple Applications Submitted
Leads that complete both credit and trade applications show high buying intent. These convert significantly higher than leads that complete only one form.
-
Strong Credit Profile
Credit scores in the 700–725 range paired with a clean payment history typically lead to faster financing approvals—and a higher likelihood of closing.
-
Active Shopping Signals
Recent interactions (e.g., visiting multiple dealership sites or resubmitting applications) suggest the buyer is ready to make a decision soon.
💡 Pro Tip: Leads who complete a Soft Pull Credit Check are 17x more likely to close. Reaching out within the first 20 minutes delivers the best results.

💬 Common Questions
Q: What if a lead has no score?
Some leads won’t have enough data to generate a Lead Score yet. These leads are still valid and worth following up on—they simply haven't been ranked yet.
Q: Is this customizable?
Currently, scoring logic and thresholds are standardized across the AVA network and cannot be customized per dealership. Custom threshold configuration may be introduced in a future release.
Q: Does this change how we route leads?
No. Routing rules remain the same—this just gives your team better visibility.
