Create SMS Campaigns

SMS Campaigns in AVA™ let dealerships re-engage unsold leads by sending bulk text messages directly from the AVA™ Portal. This guide explains how to create and launch an SMS campaign — from uploading leads to tracking replies — to drive faster responses and more sales opportunities.

 

What is SMS Campaigns?

 

SMS Campaigns let you send bulk text messages to your dealership’s unsold leads — prospects from the past 90 days who have not yet purchased — directly from the AVA™ Portal. All replies are routed back into AVA™, so your team can manage every conversation in one place without switching between tools.

How It Works

Step 1 – Upload your leads

  • Export up to 90 days of unsold leads from your CRM as a CSV file.

  • Upload the CSV directly in AVA™.

 

Step 2 – Choose your audience

  • Filter and select the specific prospects from your uploaded list that you want to target with this campaign. You can narrow your audience by criteria such as lead source, date range, or salesperson.

 

Step 3 – Pick your message

  • Use a pre-built campaign template (Credit, Trade, ID, Test Drive).

  • Or create your own custom SMS.

 

Step 4 – Send & track

 

  • Launch your campaign in one click.

  • All customer replies will appear in your AVA™ Conversations tab.

    📋 Compliance Note: AVA™ SMS Campaigns are subject to carrier messaging regulations. Ensure your lead list includes only contacts who have provided prior consent to receive SMS messages from your dealership, in accordance with applicable laws (e.g., TCPA in the US, CASL in Canada).
