How To View Autocorp.ai Invoices | Autocorp.ai Help Center

 

Important: You must have Admin-level access in the portal to view invoices.

To view your AutoCorp.ai invoices, sign in to the portal at https://portal.autocorp.ai/ as an Admin. If you manage more than one dealership, ensure you use the same Admin email address across all dealership portals. Select the section below that matches your setup.

How to View Invoices for a Single Dealership

  1. Sign into the portal https://portal.autocorp.ai/

  2. Select Settings

  3. Select Invoices (found under the Account section)

  4. Select “View” to view and download your invoice

 

How to View Invoices Across Multiple Dealerships

Important: You must be an active admin user with the same email address across all dealership portals.

If you manage multiple dealerships, you can easily switch between each to view and download the invoices

  1. Sign into the portal https://portal.autocorp.ai/

  2. Select the dealership name icon at the top of the page
    ​

  3. Select the dealership you wish to view invoices for
    ​

  4. Once that dealership portal is open, follow steps 2–4 in the "How to View Invoices for a Single Dealership" section above (starting from Select Settings).

Troubleshooting

If you're having trouble accessing or viewing invoices, review the common issues below:

  • Verify that your account has Admin-level permissions. Without Admin access, the Invoices option will not appear under Settings.

  • If invoices for a specific date range are not showing, this may be due to a billing cycle gap or account configuration issue. Contact support@autocorp.ai for assistance.
