Understanding Credit Insights: How to Read and Act on Every Credit Lead

Credit Insights is your built-in deal coach - turning complex credit data into clear, actionable steps your team can take right away.

Written by Alex Vorobiev

Every AVA™ Credit lead now comes with Credit Insights, a feature that automatically analyzes each customer’s credit profile and highlights the best next step to secure an approval.

You’ll see a small insight badge appear beside each credit lead in your Dealer Portal.

These badges summarize what’s going on with that customer - whether they’re Subprime, Prime, Newcomer, or Negative Equity - and what to do next.

This means your sales and F&I teams can act with confidence on every lead, no matter how complex.

Why Credit Insights Matters

Most dealerships spend too much time manually reviewing credit reports and guessing which lender or structure to try first.

Credit Insights changes that by doing the heavy lifting for you:

  • Instant analysis of every AVA™ Credit lead

  • Clear summaries of the customer’s situation

  • Recommended next steps based on lender fit and deal structure

  • Automatic alerts via email so you never miss a hot opportunity
