How to Reset Your AVA™ Portal Password

This guide walks you through the fastest path first, then shows you what to check if the reset does not work the first time.

Who Should Use This

This article is for existing AVA™ users who already have portal access but cannot sign in.

This typically applies if:

  • you forgot your password
  • your saved password is no longer working
  • your temporary password has expired
  • you requested a reset but did not receive the email
  • you are unsure which email address is tied to your account

Before You Start

Make sure you:

  • are using the email address connected to your AVA™ Portal login
  • can access that email inbox
  • check your junk or spam folder if the reset email does not appear right away
  • are opening the most recent reset email if you requested more than one

If you no longer have access to the email address on file, contact your dealership administrator or the Autocorp support team for help.


Workflow

Step 1 — Open the AVA™ login page

Go to the AVA™ Portal sign-in page.

Step 2 — Click Forgot password?

On the login screen, select Forgot password? to begin the reset process.

Step 3 — Enter your login email address

Type the email address associated with your account, then submit the request.

Tip: If you use multiple work emails, double-check that you are entering the one your dealership originally used for AVA™ access.

Step 4 — Check your inbox

Look for the password reset email in your inbox. If you do not see it, check your junk, spam, or filtered folders.

Step 5 — Open the reset link

Click the link in the email and follow the prompts to create a new password.

Step 6 — Sign in again

Return to the AVA™ login page and sign in using your updated password.


What You Can Expect

In most cases, this process restores access in just a few minutes.

Once your password has been updated successfully, you should be able to sign in normally and continue using the AVA™ Portal without any additional setup.


Troubleshooting

I did not receive the reset email

Try the following:

  • confirm you entered the correct email address
  • check junk, spam, promotions, or filtered folders
  • wait a few minutes and submit the request again
  • use only the most recent reset email if you requested multiple links
The reset link does not work

If the link fails or opens an error page, request a new password reset and use the newest email you receive. Older links may no longer work.

My temporary password has expired

If you see a message that your temporary password has expired or must be reset by an administrator, you may need help from your dealership administrator or the Autocorp support team.

I still cannot log in after resetting my password

Double-check that:

  • you are signing in with the correct email address
  • your browser is not auto-filling an older password
  • your new password was saved successfully before you closed the reset screen

If needed, manually type your new password instead of using a saved browser password.

I no longer have access to my email address

If the email address connected to your account is no longer accessible, contact your dealership administrator or Autocorp support so your login can be updated.


Pro Tips

  • If you request multiple resets, always use the newest email link.
  • If your team shares similar email aliases, confirm your exact login email before resetting.
  • If your browser keeps signing you in with an old password, clear the saved password entry and try again.
