# The New Lead Details page
## The Lead Details page in AVA® Portal has a new, cleaner layout. Everything you need on a lead is now grouped into clearly labeled cards, so you can see the full picture on a customer and act faster. Your data, permissions and saved links all work exactly as before.
### **What's new across the page**
**Navigation.** The left menu is now a simple list: Overview, Credit, Trade, ID and Appointments, with Conversations, Notes and Activity below. A check mark shows which steps are complete for the lead. On smaller screens, the menu becomes a row of tabs across the top, with less-used tabs under "More."
**Action bar.** Marketing, Priority, Status and Assignee now sit together in one bar at the top of the page.
**Contact card.** The customer's email, phone, age, language and lead source now appear at the bottom of the menu. Click the email or phone number to copy it.
**Editing.** Each card has its own pencil icon. Click it to edit that section, then save. There's no longer a page-wide edit mode.
What's on each tab
**Overview.** Key details are organized into cards: Credit Profile, Trade-In Vehicle, Desired Vehicle, ID Verification, Context, Home Info, Personal Info and Employment Info. If you use both bureaus, the TransUnion and Equifax credit profiles appear side by side. The Desired Vehicle card shows a photo of the vehicle your customer selected from your website or a finance application.
**Credit.** Use the toggle to view TransUnion, Equifax, or both side by side. Account, trade line and inquiry details are shown in tables. If no credit has been pulled yet, you'll see a button to pull it.
**Trade.** Each trade-in vehicle has its own card, with the most recent one open. Canadian Black Book values appear in a grouped table.
**ID.** Verification results, government ID, biometric checks and session history appear in separate cards. Use Download Report to save a copy.
**Appointments.** Upcoming and past appointments are shown separately, with upcoming ones open. Each appointment shows the customer's details next to their desired vehicle, so your team is ready for the test drive.
**Conversations (new).** Your text message history with the lead now lives right inside Lead Details. Sending is available when the lead has a valid phone number on file.
Renamed tabs
Test Drive Appointments is now **Appointments**, Credit Report is now **Credit**, and ID Verification is now **ID**. Your existing links to these tabs still work.
What didn't change
Your saved and shared links, user permissions and workflows all work exactly as before. The Insights, Activity, Notes and Matchbook tabs look and work the same.
