How to Achieve Full Activation Using the AVA Onboarding Checklist
This guide explains how to configure all four key channels - Website, CRM, Teams, and Campaigns to reach a "fully activated" status.
Overview
The AVA Leads page now features four Onboarding Status Cards (Website, CRM, Teams, and Campaigns) that simplify your setup by showing clear progress (Not Started, In Progress, or Active). This new workflow provides a guided, centralized starting point for every new user.
Why This Setup Matters
Enabling all four channels is crucial for the success of your dealership's operation with AVA:

- Assurance that website leads are flowing properly and being captured.
- Confidence that your CRM integration is active and leads are exporting successfully.
- Immediate access for your sales staff once they are added to the platform.
Requirements
Before starting, ensure you have:
- Access to the AVA Portal as an administrator.
- Your dealership website's login or access to the code to install the widget.
- Your CRM's ADF-XML export configuration details.
Setup Instructions
The onboarding process requires completing the setup for four cards to achieve an Active status on each.
Step 1 — Log In and Review Status

Log into the AVA Portal and land on the Leads page to view the four Onboarding Status Cards: Website, Sync Leads (CRM), Build Your Team (Teams), and Re-Engage Prospects (Campaigns).
Step 2 — Configure Website Setup

Click the Website Setup card. Follow the instructions to install the widget on your dealership's website. The centralized Website channel page helps you verify the installation and confirms that leads are actively being received.
Step 3 — Sync Leads (CRM)

Click the Sync Leads card. Connect your CRM to confirm ADF integration and ensure leads are exporting successfully into your current workflow.
Step 4 — Build Your Team (Teams)

Click the Build Your Team card. Add your team members and assign them roles and stages so they get the information they need.
Step 5 — Re-Engage Prospects (Campaigns)

Click the Re-Engage Prospects card. Activate or create your first SMS blast campaign to reach out and revive stale leads.
Confirm Setup
After setup, you should see:
- All four Onboarding Status Cards (Website, Sync Leads, Build Your Team, Re-Engage Prospects) display the status Active.
- Website leads are flowing into the AVA Portal.
- New leads are successfully exporting from AVA into your CRM.
